MVZ Wiesloch has replaced the previous Medflex app with the user-friendly Automedic app. We want to make your everyday life easier and ensure even closer networking with your medical team.
Why switch to the Automedic app?
The Automedic app offers you numerous advantages:

Communication and accessibility: Contact your doctors easily and directly via the app. This facilitates communication and enables quick answers to your medical questions.

Orders: You can now simply order your regularly required medication via smartphone. This saves time and allows you to order conveniently without having to go to the surgery.

Requests and concerns: Whether it’s prescriptions, referrals or general inquiries – with the Automedic app you can manage your requests in a bundled and clear way.
How does the switch to the Automedic app work?
Download the app to your smartphone and request your personal digital linking code during your next visit to our practice. Alternatively, you can continue to request the code via the Medflex app. The digital linking code allows you to manage your health data securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Alternative ordering options
If you do not wish to use the app, we still offer the option of requesting prescriptions and prescriptions using an order form. This form can be downloaded online and dropped into the box provided at the main entrance to our practice. Prescriptions are available on your health card after 24 hours, and you can conveniently receive referrals at the “pick-up window” on our parking deck.
